DELIVERY

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours.

United Kingdom

Economy (Royal Mail 48/Courier 2-5 Business Days) for orders under £50 - £2.45, Orders over £50 free delivery (UK ONLY). 
This is an untracked service, and we can not provide tracking numbers for orders sent by this service.  For large, heavy or high value orders we reserve the right to upgrade delivery to tracked service.  

Tracked Courier (2-5 Business Days) for orders under £50 - £3.45, Orders over £50 - £1.95
The tracking number will be sent to you with dispatch notification via email when your order is completed.

Special Delivery - £10.00 (orders under £50) £16.95 (orders over £50) Please contact the office on 01775 711095 or via email at meadowsphynx@gmail.com once you have placed an order using Special Delivery.  Royal Mail Special delivery is only delivered Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays), so orders placed on a Friday may not be delivered until Tuesday,  
The tracking number will be sent to you with dispatch notification via email when your order is completed.

Royal Mail 24 (1-2 business Days) for orders under £50 - £3.95 Orders over £50 £4.95 (UK ONLY)

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, though during extremely busy periods, it may take an extra day or so to dispatch your order.  Royal Mail 1st class post is not a guaranteed next day service, though most orders do arrive next day, or within a couple of days. However, please allow 10 working days for delivery (this is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves). Please note that these orders can be sent to all postcodes in the UK (which includes Northern Ireland). This is an untracked service, and we can not provide tracking numbers for orders sent by this service. For large, heavy or high value orders we reserve the right to upgrade delivery to tracked service.  

Please note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Whilst we ensure that our orders are dispatched promptly, there may be delays with the courier service that are outside of our control. 


INTERNATIONAL 

We ship worldwide!
International orders are sent via Tracked delivery which is calculated at the checkout depending on the weight of the order.  We do not make a profit from our postage charges – they simply reflect what Royal Mail charge us.
Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. Due to the current situation, we are having to ask customers to wait for 6 weeks before we class a parcel as missing, as we have found that parcels are arriving during this timeframe. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order. 

European Union (EU) Orders*

Please be advised that since Brexit there will be VAT implications on purchases coming into Europe from the UK.  We have noticed that some customers are receiving quite high VAT processing fees.  We are unable to take import VAT payments through the website however if you do wish to pay any import VAT prior to the order being received in your country then you may wish to purchase through our shop on Etsy where this is possible.  Please contact us if you would like to do this so we can place the required stock/order on Etsy for you to purchase.

We are always happy to advise you if you are placing your first order and do not know which size to go for.  In the instance that the size of the top ordered does not fit we are always happy for you to return it for an exchange to a different size so long as the top is in its original condition with all tags attached.

PAYMENT 
 
We accept payment via Debid/Credit card and PayPal payments.  When placing an order using a mobile device a PayPal account is required or message us and we can send you a payment link.  Again if you have any problems please do not hesitate in contacting us for assistance and we will do our best to help.

 

International Orders – Currency
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling. When placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling, and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency (e.g. Euros, Dollars, etc). For an idea of the cost in your local currency, try the XE Currency Converter. (Please be aware that the amount you are charged by your bank or credit card company will not exactly match the amount shown by the converter; use this tool as a guide only.)

 

International Orders – Import Duties and Taxes
You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country (as of 1st January 2021, this also applies to EU countries). Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibility. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Charges for customs clearance and import duties must be borne by you; we have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot accurately predict what they may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. Please also note, international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

RETURNS

Where items received are not the correct size or not up to your expectations SphynxFashion are more than happy to accept returns (Personalised items excluded) for an exchange or full refund of the original purchase price.  Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return any item.  Once the return is agreed we require you to return the item within 14 calendar days.  All returns must be sent in the original condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact.  Please include your name and order number inside the package.

All return postage and packaging charges remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service for your return as you remain responsible for the item until it is received back at our premises.
